The MV Big Flea will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at the Mount Vernon Community Center, 2701 Commonwealth Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22305.
Our volunteers pick up donations by appointment, or you can drop them off during one of our “Shop N Drop “ dates through the year. Yes, we sell stuff then, too!
We can’t take everything but we can take lots of things! Please see our donation guide.
Shop N Drops are Saturdays 2-4 p.m. on the following dates:

- March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
- April 6, 13, 20, 23, 27

10:30: Raffle drawing for the 2013 Flea Car (everyone has to go outside)
After the drawing: Everything is 50% off
12:00: Everyone out, once again
12:15-12:45: Everything is FREE

This event is wonderful! My husband and I picked up a dining set (a table and four chairs), a wonderful wooden desk, a nice chest set, some decorative items and some sheets and blankets all for well under $100 total.
We’ll definitely be there next year!
