The MV Big Flea will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at the Mount Vernon Community Center, 2701 Commonwealth Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22305.
We will also host “Shop N Drop” days on Saturdays in March and April. At the “Shop N Drop” you can (a) drop off donations of goods and (b) purchase items we’ve already collected (at great prices). There are Shop N Drops every Saturday at 3815 Mt. Vernon Ave. from 2-4 p.m. until the Big Flea on May 5.

This event is wonderful! My husband and I picked up a dining set (a table and four chairs), a wonderful wooden desk, a nice chest set, some decorative items and some sheets and blankets all for well under $100 total.
We’ll definitely be there next year!
